Virtual Vault Restoring Files

Please follow the steps below to see which files have been uploaded and are available to restore on the Net Access backup servers.

1. Launch the Vault monitor by selecting Start->All Programs->Net Access Corporation ->The Vault->The Vault Monitor.
2. Select 'Restore Files' from the Menu (this is a remote listing of files that are currently on the servers).

3. Select and expand folders by clicking the '+' next to it.

4. Once you have found the folder with the files you would like to restore, select the file on the right pane. You may also choose a revision of that file from the revisions pane.

5. Select 'Restore File' in the bottom right corner if you would like to restore the file. Select an alternate folder to restore to.

6. Type in the account password and select 'Ok'.

7. Choose a location where you would like the file to be restored to and select 'Ok'.

The file is now restored.
