Hosted Exchange FAQ

Will it be difficult to have my email setup on more than one computer?
Will I be able to access my email, contacts, and calendar when I am away from my computer?
Does Hosted Exchange provide access to mobile devices?
What versions of Microsoft Outlook are compatible?

Not at all. Unlike traditional POP mail service you do not have to worry about removing downloaded messages from the server and not being able to view them via another computer or webmail. With Hosted Exchange you are viewing the messages right from the server. Your messages and folders are on the server and able to be viewed from all your computers and via webmail.

Question: Will I be able to access my email, contacts, and calendar when I am away from my computer?

Hosted Exchange service provides Outlook Web Access (OWA). OWA provides most of the features that you utilize using Microsoft Outlook on your computer.

Question: Does Hosted Exchange provide access to devices like the Blackberry, Treo, or Windows Mobile devices?

Mobile device access is available as an additional service. Please contact our sales department for further cost information.
