Microsoft Outlook Express

Please follow the instructions below if you would like to setup Outlook Express or if you are having problems sending or receiving email.

Step 1:

Click on Tools and then Accounts.

You will then see four tabs. Click in the Mail tab. Click on the mail account that is listed and click on the Properties button.

Step 3:

You will need to fill out the Mail Account name, Name, and your Email Address. Make sure you have a check next to 'Include this account when doing a full Send and Receive.'

Step 4:

Click on the Servers tab. You will need to enter the Outgoing mail server, Incoming mail server, your Account name, and your Password. Click next.

Step 5:

Click on the Connection tab. Put a mark next to Connect using my phone line option. You will then be prompted to choose an internet connection to use for this email account. Choose your Net Access connection. Click next.

Step 6:

On the next tab, Advanced, you do not need to make any changes. Just make sure that the Outgoing mail server port is 25 and the Incoming mail server port is 110. Hit OK to finish and save your settings
