Configuring Macintosh

Here's how to set up your Macintosh to access our service:

Internet Setup Assistant
If you purchased a new Macintosh or have upgraded to MacOS 8.1 or higher, you will be using the Internet Setup Assistant to get your Internet connection back up and running.
Remote Access / PPP
If you are running on MacOS 7.6 or above, you will be using Remote Access or PPP. The best way to setup Remote Access is to run through the Internet Setup Assistant. If you have already run through the Internet Setup Assistant and are having problems connecting, please see this page for configuration assistance.
