DSL and Phone Provider/ Phone Service Changes
It is important that you do not port (transfer) the phone line that shares DSL to an alternative local phone provider. This may result in losing your DSL service and may take weeks to transfer the number back to the original local phone provider and re-order the DSL line. If you would like use another local phone provider it is recommended that you order service on a new number or contact tech support prior to making any service changes so we may advise you of further options.
