Business FTP SetupThere are a number of different ftp programs on the market that can be used to upload your website. Regardless as to which FTP program you use to upload your website the following information will allow you to upload your website.

FTP Programs
There are many FTP programs available to transfer your files to our web server. For the average developer they almost all provide you with the same tools necessary to transfer your content to our web server. Net Access recommends the open source product FileZilla. You can download this software at no charge from the FileZilla website. Visit our FileZilla help page for further documentation on how to configure the software.
Common Problems
Unable to list remote files: Depending on your Internet connection you may need to enable or disable passive transfer mode in your session properties to list the files on the remote server. This is done via the advanced tab in WS_FTP and under the advanced settings option in FileZilla.
