When will I be billed, and what does my billing period cover?
You will be billed 7 days in advance of your anniversary date. Your anniversary date is the day your account was activated.

We bill 7 days in advance of your anniversary date to allow you time to resolve any billing issues before your new cycle starts.
Do you offer custom VPS plans?
We do not.
How long should I expect my server setup to take?
Your server should be set up within 24 hours. You will receive a welcome letter from tickets@nac.net with all the login details.
